Our protective packaging line is designed to offer our customers various volume and productivity needs with efficient and effective products for void fill, cushioning, blocking and bracing applications.

Block and Brace
The blocking and bracing application is used to fix your product within the outer carton. This can be an extremely cost-effective way of packing your products.

Corner Protection
Apply corner protection in order to prevent your products from being damaged. By placing film around two opposite corners of the product, you fix the product in the center of the box in order to prevent it from moving in transit.

Cross-Layer
Cross-Layering offers your products complete protection on all sides, which is fast and easy to apply.

Interleaving
Interleaving is an application that enables you to pack and stack several products in one box. By applying interleaves of film between each product, you will be making sure that the products will not be damaged during transportation.

CUSHION-AIR® Kraft Bubble Mailers
CUSHION-AIR® Kraft Bubble Mailers provide superior cushioning during shipping so your products arrive at their destination safe and undamaged. The mailers are designed with maximum ease of use and durability. Compared to other mailers, the bottom of CUSHION-AIR mailers are seamless and rounded, not tapered off. This actually provides more room for your products and prevents tearing with items that have sharp edges.

Surface Protection
Our range of products protect the surface of your items during shipping, help resist scratching, absorb impact and work for most surfaces without adding weight to the package.

Top Layering
Occasionally smaller voids remain between the product and the top of the box. If these empty spaces are not filled, damage can occur during stacking and transport. A top-layer of film prevents this from happening.

Void Fill
Most of the time, the outer carton is larger than the product you need to pack. The empty space around the product is called a 'void'. Filling these voids, will help you prevent movement of the product within the carton box.

Wrapping
If your product is fragile or if it is not pre-packed, wrapping can provide an ideal method of protection. We have a range of small and wide films which are designed to protect a varied range of different shaped products.
